Santiago de Chile
Our Santiago team is our first outside of Europe, and primarily supports international clients in South and Central America, where we have been delivering projects since 2013.
Led by director, Matías Menichetti, our Santiago team is based in a modern workspace in the heart of Chile’s capital. Matías is supported by associates, Sebastián Ravinet, Felipe Barrera, and Pablo Letelier, who have had the opportunity to develop and progress in their careers at Hyphen. Matías is also joined by a friendly wider team of architects, technologists, engineers, business development professionals, designers and administration staff, who are given the opportunity to have their say in a supportive, inclusive and open environment.
Hyphen’s Latin American team works closely with colleagues in Europe, despite the 10,700km distance between this and our nearest European office (Madrid). This includes a special projects team of highly skilled BIM experts who work exclusively on data centres in Europe.
The Latin American team specialises in hyperscale data centre, office spaces and luxury retail. Like all Hyphen teams, they have unique expertise due to the local conditions. Latin America is particularly varied due to the vast distances and changing environments between Mexico and Cape Horn on the southern tip of Chile. They are even trained in how to make a building earthquake-resilient!
