Our London office was opened in 1997 and celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2022. London is one of Hyphen’s largest teams, enjoying a highly multicultural environment with colleagues of more than 15 different nationalities, all with fresh perspectives and specialisms including architecture, engineering, IT, communication, and administration.
Our London office is led by UK and Ireland managing director, Alan Cheyne and director, Wayne Taylor. Both are supported by senior associate, Jan Melichar, and associates, Lucy Dewick-Tew and Francesca Tedesco. The site itself is based at the heart of the capital’s technology and creative centres, with close proximity to Old Street and Shoreditch.
The architectural and engineering teams of this office are experts in planning regulations and working on historic buildings, across multiple sectors including retail, offices, logistics and data centres.
The team is very sociable and likes to spend lunch and time outside of work together, enjoying an active social calendar. Event highlights include our mini triathlon competing against the Winchester team for charity and celebrating our 25th anniversary in 2022.
